Q:  How do I book my session?

A:     Simply contact Victa Lee Photography, discuss a date and give your email address! You will receive an invoice to pay your non-refundable retainer fee to hold your session date.

Q:  When is the remaining balance due?

A: The remaining balance is due no later than one week before your scheduled session date, unless other arrangements have been discussed and agreed to.

Q:  What happens if I need to reschedule?

A: Get in touch with Victa Lee Photography as soon as you know you will need to reschedule, preferably no later than 24 hours before the session is scheduled to start.  A new session date will then be discussed. This protocol is the same with reschedules needed due to inclement weather. No-call/No-Show will NOT be rescheduled and retainer fee will be forfeited. If you choose to continue with your session despite your photographer recommending rescheduling due to weather conditions, please note that you will NOT get a second session. You will need to book and pay for a second session if you are unhappy with your images (for reasons beyond the photographers control).

Q:  What if I am late to my session?

A: Short answer is to please plan ahead and try to arrive at your location 5-10 minutes before scheduled start time. Session time is planned around many things including, but not limited to, light at that time of day as well as other sessions possibly scheduled to start AFTER your session. If you are more than 10 minuteslate to your session, we may need to reschedule for another date. The likelihood of this increases if there is a session scheduled after your session or if we are losing too much light and won't be able to complete the session in the amount of time allotted.

Q:  How long does it take to receive my images?

A:  Standard processing time is 2-3 weeks.  Once images are ready, you will receive a link to your personal gallery. From the gallery, you will be able to download your images to a computer, USB drive, external hard drive, etc.  You will receive a print release by e-mail and/or text message.  Gallery will remain open for TWO weeks only so be sure to download them as soon as possible! Once the gallery closes, there will be a $20 fee to reopen the gallery.

Q:  Can I get my photos on a disc?

A: I do try my best to accommodate my clients, however, it is safe to say that discs are quickly becoming a thing of the past. The safest, easiest and fastest way to deliver your images is via digital download in your online personal gallery and/or you can receive them on a USB flash drive for a fee of $35.

Q:  Do I have to purchase prints and products from the gallery?

A: Currently, i do not require that clients purchase their prints from the gallery and I do provide a print release that will allow photos to be printed at the location of your choice.  However, it is highly recommended and encouraged that you purchase prints and products (canvas, books, etc) from your gallery. We use a professional lab and the quality of the prints purchased through VLP is far superior to anything you will print at home or A big box store.

General Policy:

Victa Lee Photography is a legally licensed business in Evangeline Parish, LA.  Please pay close attention to the amount of images/package tier/time chosen when booking your session as that is the specified amount of digital images you will receive. Sessions are planned and scheduled around each other based on the individual time of each session, therefore we may be shooting more than one session per day and must adhere to a strict time schedule. Please plan to arrive at your session 5-10 minutes before scheduled start time. If you have not met your unpaid balance by the time of your session, please come prepared to pay the full amount. Session may  continue, however images will not be processed and delivered until balance is paid in full.
